Is getting adjusted painful?+
It shouldn't be. You might feel slight discomfort during the adjustment or mild soreness afterward, but it's short-lived.
What's that popping sound during an adjustment?+
That's just trapped gas being released from the joint — completely normal and harmless. Sometimes you'll hear it, sometimes you won't.
Can children or expectant mothers be adjusted?+
Yes, absolutely. Many children and pregnant patients find great relief through gentle, tailored chiropractic care.
Is chiropractic only for back pain?+
Not at all. We help with headaches, neck pain, sciatica, scoliosis, vertigo, pregnancy discomfort, injury recovery and much more.
Are X-rays necessary?+
Not always — but they help us spot underlying issues. We use digital X-rays right in the office, so there's no separate appointment elsewhere.
